The BUILT Strength OG Series Glute Bridge is built specifically for the hip thrust and glute bridge movement, a 33" × 33" aluminum tread footplate with 15 degrees of angle adjustment that allows foot placement fine-tuning for maximum glute activation and hamstring involvement at different stance widths and angles. A locking lap pad secures the body against the load during the hip extension, and a large rear roller pad ensures smooth, consistent motion through the full bridge range.
