to your door.
Curbside Delivery
Standard — Continental US
Built Strength ships nationwide throughout the continental United States. Equipment is inspected, securely packaged on custom pallets, and transported through an insured freight carrier. Once the order reaches the local terminal, the carrier contacts you to schedule delivery and unloads at the end of the driveway — moving equipment indoors is the customer's responsibility. Your delivery site must be accessible to a freight truck; steep driveways, narrow roads, or other access limitations may require terminal pickup or an additional final-mile service. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using your ZIP code.
Full Truckload
Large Orders — Dedicated Truck
Designed for large commercial installations, multi-machine orders, and complete facility buildouts that exceed standard freight limits. Qualifying orders are automatically assigned FTL shipping and transported in a dedicated box truck or semi-trailer. You coordinate the delivery date with our fulfillment team and must be ready to unload within the carrier's 60–120 minute window. Box-truck deliveries typically require four to six able-bodied people; semi-trailer deliveries require a forklift or similar equipment. Professional unloading and installation can also be scheduled through Built Strength.
White Glove Assembly
Optional Add-On
Our install crew delivers, assembles, and positions every piece in your space. You show up to a finished, ready-to-train gym. All equipment ships with PDF assembly manuals — white glove service means you never have to open one. Ask about white glove pricing when you request your quote.

Before Delivery Day
How to
prepare.
A little prep on your end means a smooth delivery and same-day setup. We'll send product dimensions and weight sheets in advance — measure your doorways and pathways before the truck arrives.
Measure doorways and pathways
Check door widths, hallway clearances, and any tight corners the equipment needs to pass through. Product dimensions are listed on each product page under Specs & Dimensions.
Clear the floor space
Have the installation area cleared before the truck arrives. For curbside delivery, have your unloading crew and equipment ready — forklifts, pallet jacks, or enough hands for the job.
Check your flooring
Confirm your floor is rated for the equipment weight. Rubber flooring or stall mats are recommended under all free weight areas and machines. We can advise on flooring specs during your design session.
Confirm your delivery window
We'll coordinate a delivery window with you in advance. For large commercial orders, we assign a dedicated logistics contact to keep you updated from warehouse to door.
