We receive and dispatch freight every week. Once your order is confirmed and the equipment is ready, it ships on the next weekly run. No waiting months for a consolidated load.

Yes. For gym builds we regularly coordinate delivery around construction and opening schedules. Tell us your target date in the quote request and we'll plan the timeline backwards from it.

Freight. Machines ship on pallets via LTL or dedicated truck depending on order size. Standard freight is curbside delivery. You'll need equipment and hands to unload. If that's not an option, ask about white-glove delivery when you get your quote.

Yes. In Central Texas our team delivers, places, and assembles the equipment in your space. For orders outside our service area we can help coordinate third-party installation or provide assembly documentation for your crew. Yes, we freight nationwide. Freight cost depends on distance and order size, and it's quoted as part of your equipment quote so there are no surprises.

Our equipment carries a commercial warranty covering frames and structural welds, with separate coverage terms for moving parts and upholstery. Written warranty terms are provided with your quote. Ask us for the current warranty sheet for the exact pieces you're considering.
