How long does a viewing take?
About an hour, though we're happy to go longer if you want to dig into the details. Most people end up staying 90 minutes.
Is there a cost to book a viewing?
No. The viewing is completely free. We want you to see the equipment in person before you make any decisions.
Can I do a virtual viewing?
Yes. We offer live video walkthroughs of the showroom for out-of-state buyers. Book the same way and note your preference.
Do I need to know what I want before I come in?
Not at all. Bring your space dimensions if you have them. We'll help you figure out the rest.
Can I bring my trainer or contractor?
Absolutely. Bring anyone who's going to be involved in the build. The more context we have, the better we can help.
