The BUILT Strength OG Series Deep Pec Fly is built around a lumbar-curved bench that opens the chest and supports the spine, the curved profile creates the ideal arch position for maximum pectoral stretch at the bottom of the fly without overloading the shoulder capsule. Rotating knurled handles allow the wrists and shoulders to move freely through the full arc, removing the wrist-lock tension that straight fixed handles create during deep fly movements.
