The BUILT Strength OG Series Chest Supported T-Bar Row eliminates lower back involvement entirely, the chest pad braces the torso so every rep's load goes directly to the lats, traps, and rhomboids without the spinal erector demand that standing T-bar rows accumulate. Rotating swivel grips allow multiple pulling angles from the same handles, and adjustable handle width shifts the emphasis between outer lat width and mid-back thickness without switching attachments.
