The BUILT Strength Fractal Series Seated Leg Curl isolates the hamstrings in an upright seated position that maintains correct lumbar support and reduces lower back strain throughout the curl, the ergonomic seat design keeps the pelvis positioned correctly from start to finish, preventing the hip hike and lower back involvement that poorly designed seated curl machines allow. Adjustable backrest and ankle rollers allow precise setup for any user's leg length and preferred starting position.
