The BUILT Strength Fractal Series Glute machine isolates the gluteus maximus and medius through a hip extension kickback motion on an angled foot platform, the angle is biomechanically positioned to maximize glute contraction at the top of the movement where the muscle is shortest and peak tension is most difficult to achieve with cables or bodyweight. Ergonomic chest and forearm pads brace the upper body, removing lower back and trunk compensation so the glutes perform the full work of the extension.
