The BUILT Strength Fractal Series Back Extension strengthens the erector spinae and posterior chain through a seated extension movement on a biomechanically accurate motion path with adjustable range of motion and seat height, dialing in the correct extension arc and starting position for each user's body proportions before the first rep. The contoured back pad delivers consistent contact across the full extension, and cushioned leg supports stabilize the lower body throughout the movement.
