The BUILT Strength OG Series Bilateral Bent Row is built for heavy back development through a bilateral plate-loaded rowing motion with angled handles that replicate the natural pulling arc of a bent-over barbell row, both hands pull simultaneously through the same path, building symmetrical lat, rhomboid, and trap strength without the balance demands or lower back loading of the free-weight equivalent.
