The BUILT Strength Fractal Series Abdominal machine isolates the rectus abdominis through a natural seated crunch motion guided by an ergonomic seat and back pad that supports the lumbar spine throughout the movement, keeping load on the abdominals and reducing the lower back stress that floor crunches and poorly designed crunch machines create at the bottom of the movement. The guided arc follows the natural spinal flexion path for full rectus abdominis engagement from extension through complete contraction.
